STAGING Internal preview — not the live site. Two of three explainer video sections for the RTLS production-tracking eBook.
RTLS DIGITAL TWIN · PRODUCTION TRACKING

The blind spots between MES scan points — and what RTLS Digital Twin adds

Two paired figures. The first shows the problem: MES only records the moments a carrier is scanned at a station. The second shows the fix: RTLS Digital Twin tracks the carrier continuously and surfaces the delay the moment it happens. Each video is a real cinematic render; the labels are live HTML, synced to playback.

MES tracks the checkpoints

An AGV passes four scan stations. MES records four moments. Everything between is dark.

RTLS Digital Twin: Real-Time Process Visibility Start-to-End

The cart is tracked continuously. MES still records four moments — but the time in between is no longer invisible.

FIGURE 04 — DIGITAL TWIN-ENABLED MILK RUN

Video C — in production

The milk-run loop: a tugger train circling four stations while an AMR crossing introduces a delay RTLS catches. Storyboard and prompts are locked; render is the next step.
